- When you have completed your order through the Checkout system, you will receive a ‘processing payment’ notification. Please read this notification carefully. If you have made an error in the ordering process, please contact us immediately at FSpublications@outlook.com with the correct details, so we can amend your order before dispatch.
- Once an item has been dispatched, we are not obliged to offer a refund on any purchase in the event that you have changed your mind or due to an error on your part.
- If your item is damaged in the shipping process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, with photo and/or other evidence of your claim. If we deem your claim is justifiable, we will offer a replacement item only.
- In the even that your item does not arrive within 7 days from the email notification to the ‘completion or your order’, please contact us via email at FSpublications@outlook.com. We will then be in touch with you to the next steps, once we have consulted our shipping provider.
- When you use our Debit/Credit Card (Stripe) gateway, it is your responsibly to select the correct shipping costs for us to be able to fulfil your order. If by mistake, you select the wrong shipping options and underpay, we will be in contact with you with instructions for the remedy, so that we can continue processing your order. If by mistake you overpay, please contact us to arrange a repayment of the excess amount paid.
