Author: Stacey Gittens was born in Australia to show business parents. Her father, Chris King, is a well-known Australian actor, who starred as orderly Dennis Jamison in the television serial The Young Doctors. In her youth, Stacey also performed on the stage and screen (A Country Practice/ Young Talent Time). Stacey now lives in the UK where she enjoys helping others fulfil their aspirations through her work as a Creative Consultant and her many other roles, including schoolteacher and mother.

Illustrator: Gail Yerrill has illustrated many books for well-known publishers, several of which are translated into many languages. Most recently, Gail’s work has been recognised on the ‘New York Times Best Sellers’ list. Gail also creates pottery and runs programs for the community at her Wood End Studio in Bedfordshire, UK.
